Loved the hotel and service. Lift prices were very affordable. Staff in the ski rental/lockers area within the hotel were excellent. We felt very comfortable as Westerners in this wonderful resort. The cuisine at the Raddison was superb, and the chef and staff were high quality and delivered with pride. Mt. Erciyes is an exciting and affordable intermediate mountain with great powder and great people.

The hotel is a resort - it has all the facilities of a resort & can ski direct off the hotel. Eg, There is a “house” carpet which you can ski from the resort at no cost, there are lifts within +-80m. Pool with outside area, sauna, steam, amazing lounge with view & apres ski. Hotel is well looked after & new. Food was delicious, with many options. The staff are attentive, friendly, helpful and overall add to the experience.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful, and exceeded all our expectations! Great heated pool, delicious breakfasts, clean, spacious, and very comfortable rooms. We especially liked the ski lockers and ski rent. The ski lockers are heated, so your boots and ski clothes are always dry. We only rented skis and sticks and they were great. A special pleasure is that the ski lifts are next to the hotel, and if you want to get to a further lift, the hotel provides a free shuttle service

The customer service was fantastic and went above and beyond my expectations. All staff always greet you with a smile on their face and are always more than happy to help you with any problem. The hospitality is outstanding with a warm welcome from them from the begning of your trip to make you feel comfortable. The staff are very friendly and always engage in a converstation with you, whilst staying profesional at the same time. The rooms are cleaned everyday to high standards and are always focused on detail and perfection, therefore making it the most perfect vacation.

Perfect place for relaxing and skiing. Hotel is at 2200 meter and next to ski and other mountain activities. We were welcomed warmly and checkin was smooth. They offered free coffee as welcome drink as it was -3 degree when we reached. Rooms were nice and comfy. Hotel facilities are top notch - spa, swimming pool (including ourdoor), restaurants. About pool, We can go from inside pool to outside pool (warm water) and it was snowy and that made our day and visit successful. Food and drinks offered in restaurants are reasonably priced not inflated due to Mountain. I’ll definitely visit again when I visit turkey.

Perfect location for an isolated ski trip on the footstep of the Mt Erciyes ski runs. The bed was also super comfy and shower heat and pressure great after a day of skiing!

Had an incredible time at Radisson Erciyes, the staff were so kind and attentive, making us feel so comfortable, the best service ever. The hot pool was fantastic, and the food was absolutely amazing – the perfect way to end a day of skiing. Can’t wait to return!

Loved everything in the hotel from the manager to the Gambodee room (kids play area where you can keep them and they contact you.. the women at the kids Gambodee are so lovely and kind), all employees were amazingly nice. Very Clean and cozy hotel.

Right on the slopes and such a lovely place to enjoy nature and the vibes from the many many seating areas and restaurants. The views are incredible, the spa amazing and the best rentals inside wonderful. The staff was super nice and accommodating.
